This Photo Album
         is all about

He not quite smart,
but he's certainly
not dumb.
A little laid back,
but quite active
   when the notion
    strilkes him.
He's taken on the task
   of supervising the
     Big One, much to
the amusement of
  the Small One.
Life, to him is
all about his love for his human Mom.

Webmaster's NOTE:
Aquick visit to the local Vet was made the morning after welcoming the new baby into Five Oaks Manor.  The report
was not good.  It was the Vet's belief that the little
guy would not live.  He did prescribe numerous
medications for Lisa's little one and wished us luck.
Back home the vigil began with Lisa taking
her place at the table in the family room with
Rowdy in her arms.  She spent the first three days
there, long into the night.  The first night she was
there all night long, administering the proper
doseages and just holding and loving her new baby.
Long story short; she saved his life.
He's never forgotten the warmth and love he had in those arms, and takes every chance he can get to curl there daily.
Now we have Page 2

He may be called the baby here and there on the web site, but he is NOT a baby in size today.  He's outgrown all three of his big brothers.  Still he will always be the baby that cuddles in his Mom's arms while she's reading the newspaper at the table, or knitting another of her lovely afghans for a Christmas or Birthday gift.  He's allowed.  He grew up in Mom Lisa's arms.
The first few weeks of his life in his new home were spent in those loving arms taking his medicines and vitamins and being fed.  The name the Vet gave us for
the illness Rowdy came to us
with is not important now .....
to be honest I do NOT
remember it.  Just be satisfied
with the fact that Lisa saved
the little guy's life.  I do
believe he realizes that fact
too.
         With just a little over
a month's age difference,
Tegar, the Tiger, became
instant chaperone of our new
little guy.  When Rowdy wasn't
in his Mom's arms he was being
taken care of by little Tegar.  They were inseparable.
This was taken in December of 2005
Much Cat Nap time was spent on the hastily made bed beside the computer, where Dad got his share of what quality time Tegar would allow.  Mostly Dad observed and hoped for a speedy recovery.
As he did with MikiCato, Buddy Bear took the new addition to Five Oaks Manor in paw and assumed the supervision the little one's recuperation.
Our prayers were answered and soon the little one was up and about, flitting here and there, always under foot, acting just like a kitten (what else), with all the inquisitiveness and mischief one would expect of a healthy, loved, and well protected baby.
The little one was well.  He would grow up to be a big boy some day.

A Footnote here:  This one DID grow, and grow, and grow, and at the day of this writing is the largest of the Six Mouskateers of Five Oaks Manor.  Still though, he's 'The Baby!'
