~ Buddy Bear's Cats' World ~ Verse & Story ~
The roof is at an angle.
The moon is on its edge,
A lithe silhouette appears -
A tail, a body, a head.
Two stars to the left,
Two stars to the right,
Just in perfect balance -
It's the most beautiful sight.
It's a cats night blooming
With the moon full and bright,
From rooftop to fence line,
All edges are gleaming white.
Could something so beautiful
Be built in just silly haste?
Or was this cat made for a night
Where moonlight causes haze?
It's a cat's night blooming,
Like in an old folk lore,
The sounds are pitched most high,
Like nothing you've heard before.
